Background:
Edwin focuses on helping companies develop innovative human capital strategies, creating dynamic new-world global-class human capital infrastructures for Asian Business Families and international joint venture companies in Asia.
During his decade in consulting, Edwin has delivered human capital advisory and executive search services to several hundred clients in Thailand and across the Asia Pacific Region. His clients include: leading Asian Business Families, Fortune 500 companies, and Stock Exchange of Thailand listed companies.
Prior to establishing Walden in 2003, Edwin was for seven years Managing Partner of Korn Ferry Thailand, the wholly owned subsidiary of the world’s largest search firm.
Edwin’s professional career prior to consulting included tenures in: civil engineering in Canada; debt restructuring in the United States; and corporate finance in Thailand.
Edwin earned a civil engineering degree from the University of British Columbia (1981) and was a registered professional engineer (1984).
He is a regular speaker at the Thailand Institute of Directors, the Economist Intelligence Unit, Chulalongkorn and Thammasat University in Thailand.
Edwin is a founding member of the Hong Kong Thailand Business Council and a Fellow of the Thailand Institute of Directors.
